ENGINEERING RATE
Our standard service rate is $300.00/hr or $2,400.00/day during normal business hours. Office hours are defined as 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Please note that Systematic Extrusion has a minimum of 4 hours billable time on service. Service shorter than 4 hours will be billed a total of 4 hours according to the rates listed below.
- $300.00 per hour for a normal eight (8) hour day
- $400.00 per hour beyond a normal eight (8) hour day or weekdays after 4:30pm
- $450.00 per hour for Saturdays
- $500.00 per hour for Sundays & Holidays
TRAVEL RATE
Travel expenses include, but are not limited to airfare, car rental, mileage, parking, tolls, hotel, and meals. Mileage rates are per IRS standard currently .58 cents per mile. Travel Rates are calculated from the time service engineer departs to the time service engineer returns. Time includes but is not limited to, transportation to and from airport, time between flights, driving time, and travel time to and from customer location. Travel time in excess of an eight hour day may be billed at the overtime rate as listed below.
- $200 per hour for a normal eight (8) hour day
- $250 per hour beyond a normal eight (8) hour day or weekdays after 4:30pm
- $250 per hour for Saturdays
- $300 per hour for Sundays & Holidays
The customer is responsible to pay all expenses associated with the service within 7 days of expense report approval. Expenses, not including meals & mileage, are charged at cost plus 10% to cover the cost of billing and processing paperwork.
